Deeply investigative consultation reviewing your history, symptoms, and health goals. Dr Maria identifies underlying drivers of fatigue, hormone imbalance, gut issues and inflammation. Comprehensive questionnaire completed before your appointment. Medicare rebate for in-person only.
Structured medical assessment for low energy, weight changes, poor sleep, mood shifts or cycle changes. Dr Maria assesses symptoms, performs examinations and organises targeted testing. Personalised treatment plan at follow-up. Medicare rebate for in-person only.
Comprehensive medical assessment identifying heavy metal toxicity and environmental exposures. Dr Maria reviews history, organises targeted testing and where indicated recommends chelation therapy as part of a personalised treatment plan.

Medical assessment required before commencing IV therapy. Dr Varipatis reviews your health history, symptoms and biochemical needs to determine suitability. Relevant screening tests (e.g. G6PD) may be required. A personalised IV formulation prescribed if suitable. Medicare rebate for in-person only.
Detailed investigative assessment uncovering heavy metal and environmental toxin exposures. Dr Varipatis reviews history, symptoms and risk factors, recommends targeted testing and where appropriate develops a medically guided plan including chelation therapy. How will you attend?
IV Therapy appointments are conducted in-person only.
A link to your new patient questionnaire will be included in your confirmation email. Please complete it at least 2 days before your appointment, or your appointment may be released. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
You can also reply to that email with any relevant test results, blood work or hospital paperwork so we can attach them to your file.
Appointment Duration & Fees
- If a consultation extends beyond the scheduled time, additional fees apply on a pro-rata basis.
- Sending excessive test results to review will mean a higher consultation fee, calculated pro-rata.
- Paperwork outside of scheduled appointments (prescriptions, referrals, medical certificates) incurs a fee of $58–$75. This includes resending lost documents.
- No scripts or paperwork will be released until full payment is received.
Booking Policy
- All New Patient appointments must be booked online. Reception cannot take new patient bookings by phone.
- All required questionnaires (new patients) must be filled out and returned with relevant paperwork (results) at least 2 days prior to your appointment.
- Respond 'Yes' to your SMS reminder to confirm — or your appointment may be released.
- Card details are captured at the time of booking. Your card is not charged unless in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
Medicare Rebates
- Medicare rebate amounts are correct at time of publication and may change without notice.
- To access Telehealth Medicare rebates, you must first attend an in-person consultation. Rebates apply for up to 12 months after your initial visit, provided both doctor and patient are in Australia.
- After payment, Medicare will be notified and your rebate deposited into your nominated bank account.
- Patients who have reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold may receive a higher rebate.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for rebates to appear in your account.
